But it us right next to my houseMy Burger barely had onions as usual, the lettuce was rotting at the edges. Good job McDonald's. Threw it all in the GARBAGE....WHO CAN EAT ROTTEN LETTUCE THAT TOUCHED ALL MY BURGER. NICE THIS RESTAURANT IS SUBPAR AND HAS NO STANTARDS.

This Mcdonald is the worst store i’ve ever experienced. I have kids that I am with we ordered 4 happy meals and we ordered more stuff. Mostly all the orders were wrong kids were very disappointed and didn’t want to eat the meals. They were the one who’s mad and they were the one who put the wrong orders. Very unprofessional and very lazy. Stupid is the word I can give those people. Hopefully the owner takes responsibility for their bad behaviour of employees. They shouldn’t be working in a fast food place. If they treat people like that. Very rude and disrespectful. Even with the kids there.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Ottawa. The staff are all rude, the drive thru wait time is abnormally long, the food is usually cold or they missed simple instructions. It is also randomly closed around 8:00-9:00 on weekends quite often.

It's 930 PM and you're closed to the public completely. Not understanding why the ONLY 24 hour restaurant suddenly stopped operating after 10pm and now there's nowhere to eat for night shift workers.These cut backs are getting pretty ridiculous for a trillion dollar company. Maybe update the hours online ?

This mc Donald's is the worst ever. Went in for breakfast, had to use the washroom first, it a little thing I do, wash my hands before eating. Washroom was locked. How can a restaurant who serves food and has seating not have washrooms? Thought is was a mandatory with government regulations!!! When I asked about the washroom, thought it might just be for customers was told to go use washroom in the mall. Total disgrace ? . Manager should be ashamed.
