This is the best restaurant in orleans hands down and one of my favourite in Ottawa!!! The food is authentic and spiced just right. The ingredients are high quality and it is not overly complex but the right amount so you can taste every flavour. You can tell the chef/owner really knows what he’s doing and puts his heart into the food it is AMAZING. The drinks were equally as good. I had a mango daquerie that brought me right back to Mexico. Adele our server was fantastic in recommending dishes and making drinks! The atmosphere was wonderful. I can’t wait to go back. Honestly my fav new restaurant!!!

I’ve read all of the 1-Star reviews and I’m absolutely horrified. I personally don’t understand what restaurant they ate at.My partner and I had dinner here and we absolutely loved it. The mini arepas and empanadas were exactly what we needed.We will most certainly be back again.

Chamos has all the charm and warmth you expect in an intimate restaurant.The manager, Alicia was a delight and very kind.We had the beef Arepas and let me tell you they were a generous portion and so full of flavour!The layout of the dining room is really good and makes room for all diners while also having plenty of space between tables so you don’t feel cramped. The small space is maximized and I was impressed.I had the coconut cheesecake for dessert, a first for me but I can assure it will not be the last!If you’re curious about Venezuelan cuisine but are not sure where to start, Chamos is the place to go.

Came here for my birthday and they really did the most to make it a special dinner! We were a large group and they set up the outdoor patio in the cold just for us and played any music we wanted. Fantastic service, large portions, and vegetarian friendly. It was so nice to have traditional Latin food and music with friends ☺️

You would never know from the outside that this pretty, charming, dare I say enchanting atmosphere was inside. Simple food with tons of flavour and with very generous toppings on the arepas. Very friendly service and beautiful decor. I didn't have dessert but my friend did (coconut cheesecake) and her eyes rolled back in her head when she took the first bite so it must've been really good.

We shared the mini arepas, mini empanadas and an order of pabellon for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 toddlers). The portions were more than enough to leave us with left overs. I don't know if the food was authentic or not but it was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced and we will definitely be ordering from here again in the near future.
