Went in a couple weeks back and the older gentlemen who worked there yelled at a younger woman for 10-ish minutes. Never want to go back or support that emotional abuse.

My rideshare was right around the corner and I had a few minutes to spare. So I thought why not I should get Menchie's since it 9 degrees outside. I had the pistachio, Oreo and cheesecake. The only flavor that tasted valid was the pistachio. The two others lacked flavor. The owner was kind and greeted me. They have an "okay" selection of frozen yogurt. Wide variety of toppings: candy, warm syrup, sprinkles, chocolate, candies and fruit. I forgot how expensive these type of places . The friend of the owner put her fingers in the strawberries which was a turn off. Plus there are many signs all over that say to use the tongs.

This place is nice to eat frozen yogurt. There are several options and the employees are friendly. It's my favorite ice cream shop in ByWard market.

Nice variety of flavours and toppings. Usually go for the fruit flavoured ones (pineapple, strawberry and watermelon are my personal favs) but all are pretty tasty. Prices are fairly reasonable for what ice cream costs around this city nice layout and seatings and great customer service
