Great flavours to choose from and a great variety of toppings to choose from. It's a self serve frozen yogurt place, so you can mix and match and have as much or as little as you want. You pay based on the weight. There are tables so you can sit and enjoy, or you could take it to go. Now they even serve cheesecake factory cheesecakes by the slice or entire cakes. Super fun place to take the kids.

Have been coming here for years, long before having our daughter and never had any issues. Tonight however around 8PM the employee working the counter did something that really didn’t sit right with me. First, she offered a sticker for my toddler when we were paying, which was nice and super sweet! I appreciated the gesture! However it was after the fact when my daughter (who is only barely 3) went to peel it and this employee immediately scolded her to not stick it on the table and to make sure to bring it home. I agree in theory, and we wouldn’t have let her do that anyway. Even if she did stick it before we could say no, I would have removed it before leaving. We have respect for property and businesses. I just feel it wasn’t right for her to take matters into her own hands and discipline my child herself. That’s very wrong, especially in a place that is supposed to be fun and welcoming to children. Would it have really been that hard to remove a sticker that has easily come off and on every other surface she’s stuck it to since, if worst case scenario we left it? There are bigger problems in this world than a toddler putting a sticker on a table in a froyo shop. It didn’t affect her in the moment, but on the way home she kept asking why this girl was mean to her. Super sad thing to have to explain to a 3 year old that was happy to get a sticker and a treat! Maybe don’t offer them at all as its highly likely children will peel a sticker off and want to use it right away. A good gesture to start with reallt dampened the mood and her experience. I do want to stress how EASY it was to peel and remove this sticker. It wasn’t made with super glue. Left zero residue on any other surface. Her tone was exasperated and condescending and it just isn’t her place to swoop in like that and discipline someone else’s child especially when said child is very well behaved and polite, and didn’t do anything wrong. I dread to think how she would react to a child with special needs or a child truly causing damage or chaos. All she did was be a three year old. Simple things like this matter- their mind and world is being shaped with every interaction they have and this employee made what should have been a fun experience feel like she did something “bad”. It was not her place- plain and simple. On top of that, it seemed like she absolutely despised anyone even being in there, despite it being two hours to closing. A very bad energy and environment, we will not return to this location with our toddler because she didn’t deserve how she was treated today by a perfect stranger when she was simply being a happy 3 year old, now she’s wondering why this stranger was mad at her. Absolutely unacceptable. Sad to say to avoid a froyo shop if you have kids that are simply…kids. Happy kids scolded by strangers for being kids. Very sickening. :(Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not kid friendly. Employee will scold and discipline your child when they’re not even doing anything and are polite and well behaved. Even if they ARE misbehaving it’s never a strangers place to step in but I can assure you my TODDLER was not causing any harm and was just being a happy TODDLER. Blows my mind how a frozen yogurt joint can not be kid friendly.

Very nice but they didn't always have the flavors that I want.

Really disappointed with Menchie's. Today all the toppings (fuzzy peaches, nuts, m&ms) were stale, including the waffle cup shell. For frozen yogurt that is not cheap, having stale and inedible toppings is unacceptable. Sadly, I would pass on Menchie's and recommend chocolate favois or Baskin Robbins instead. Thumbs down.

Good place for ice-cream with the kids. Lot of choices and fillings. One more thing I didn’t like is the sticky floor.

Extremely underwhelming. Aside from the fact that it tasted more like ice cream than frozen yogurt, the place was a mess, dirty. Staff spent their time chatting amongst each other rather than wiping down sticky, food covered counters etc. Hard pass next time there's a vote for Menchies in this household.

We had our child's birthday party here. James was awesome to deal with, very customer friendly, and made organizing the party so easy. The kids loved the frozen yogurt & unlimited toppings. Kudos to James and his team. Highly recommend this place.
