Nice place to stop for lunch. Hot bar kinda pricey stops me from going often.

Best place for lunch downtown. Variety of fresh prepared homemade food in the buffet: meat, fish, salads

What an amazing spot! Great salad bar! The hot bar is out of this world! All so fresh and hot! The selection is amazing! Definitely going again !

Cannot understand for the life of me how they got even one good review. Not only are the extremely expensive, I have never tasted such vile garbage in my life. Ate for the first time (had their meatloaf). Tough and stringy. Tasted like a dried McDonald patty with gravy. Took 2 bites and threw it in the garbage. Waste of $10.00. First and last time going. They are in my building and wont even go even though its convieient.

Great place, love the food and the staff! The hot and cold buffet rotates everyday. Highly recommended!

Compared to the Calgary location this is terrible.

Eating healthy is difficult when on the run...this is my go-to place for a balanced diet. Quality and fresh ingredients served to us with a smile.

A great place to grab lunch. Lots of variety, both hot and cold, from breakfast sandwiches to hot buffet. Great staff too. Varied menu.

The prepackaged food (sandwiches, salads) is well priced and fresh. Really good spot to grab lunch in the downtown core. Everything is very clean and well maintained.
The answer to the question, What if hospital food was for sale outside a hospital?Or to the question, My city is taking heavy incoming fire: where should I get lunch in my office building?

Shady business practices. They tell you their food is $2.69 a pound for lunch by weight, when in fact it is $9 a pound. They don't give you a receipt unless you ask for one so no way to know they are charging you over 3 times what they are advertising.

A lot of options for lunch, but try having healthier meals and introduce more options for vegetarians and vegans.
