I got the lentil soup randomly and it is AMAZING ! I will for sure be going back ! The soup was still burning hot when I got back to the office (which is the way I love it ) it was amazing ! If I could give 6 stars I would - also the owners are very sweet

I loved the lentil soup and vegetable sandwich. The price is very reasonable.

This locale is not only very affordable it also has decent food. The panini and lentil soup combo that I ordered cost me $10 (tax included), which is a very good price for downtown Ottawa. If you are looking for a fast, tasty, and reasonably priced meal this place fits the bill.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian sandwiches, salads, and on my most recent visit lentil soup.

This is an inexpensive place to get lunch. Making things even better, their sandwich combo with your choice of soup or salad is pretty good. Although the food is better in some other eateries around Sparks Street, this is still a good option, especially given its budget conscious prices. I have eaten here a few times and have enjoyed myself each time.

Great for a quick, inexpensive meal downtown. Perfect for lunch. Convenient. Tasty. Friendly owners who have been in business 17+ years.

Had the lunch special, soup du jour (lentil) and a sandwich (roast eggplant with cheese and tomato) $9.50 tax in tasty and filling, great quick and inexpensive for the area. Owners friendly, small dining area inside. Patio was closed due to rain

One of the best sandwich joints in Ottawa, hands down!

Delicious! A cute little family owned spot. Just like all the little stores in Italy & Spain selling panini - affordable and tasty. & the best lentil soup around.
