~Persian Wedding Catering~My husband and I don't know where to begin with this review. We are forever grateful for the incredible staff at ParsItal for making our wedding food dreams come true. Mr. Mohsin (owner) and Ghazale (lead hostess, who was more like a fairy God Mother to me!) made the impossible, possible by brining the taste of traditional Persian cuisine into the heart of Lac-Sainte-Marie, Quebec for our 80 guest Persian-Canadian wedding this past summer. Yes, they traveled over 100km to make this happen!When we approached ParsItal to cater, we didn't know what to expect. From the moment we met Mr. Mohsin, we were so impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail.Mr. Mohsin and his team went above and beyond to ensure that not only the quality of the food was to standard, but also helped support and advocate for our vision to become reality by sharing his insights on the details of linens, place settings and cutlery that was so welcomed by us as we were so occupied in all the other wedding details. ParsItal was seamless in their communication and preparation not only in the months and weeks before the wedding, but they were fully self-sufficient on the day of.They treated us like family - I could tell they cared about our special day as much as we did. We not only felt it by how much work they put in, but everyone could taste it! Our guests STILL talk about the incredible food they served 6 months on!Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.(My only regret is that our photographer didn't take pictures of the food set-up and serving space as we were out doing couples photos, so unfortunately I don't have specific images of the incredible feast)

My wife and I took my sister out for dinner. We had read some reviews for this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Parsital did not disappoint. It was very quiet on Sunday night and we were well served by our waitress. She's very friendly and vivacious. We all ordered from the Italian section of the menu. My sister didn't have much appetite but found the seafood linguine so delicious she devoured almost everything on her plate. My chicken parmesan was delicious. Prices are moderately expensive. A stage is setup for musical entertainment.

We went there for breakfast, we ordered two items( Haleem and ommellete from their menu but they forgot to serve Haleem.There was no servant available in the saloon to ask them to bring it!After eating the ommellete[its quality was ~ 2 or 3 star], we decided to pay our bill and leave.In their cash, we complained about the service, and these are the explanations they provided, and I would like to share it in here:- Iranian usually have limited budget for the restaurant and usually order one food to share( we didn’t want to push you to order more) [ During our order time we ask them about the serving size of their Haleem to order one or two for our table, and it was end up to this, please consider one for now, and we will order the second one latter!]- It is a norm to reserve your table before going to any restaurant{please limit this to Parsital?}, therefore they request all customers to reserve before coming, and it was their especial service to provide a dine-in service without reservation to us [their saloon has around 40 to 50 chairs, and at our arrival time they have only ~15 guests]
