Pretty good pub for late food (9pm). Chicken wings disappointing but fish and chips good as well as the deep fried zucchini. Beers ok with a reasonable variety. Not hugely cheap.

We used to come here for the nut burger which was homemade. Now for $22 you get what looks like a pre-frozen veggie/nut? burger that is about half as thick as it used to be with some kind of mayonnaise/goat cheese concoction smeared on top of it and a bit of lettuce. With one drink each (I had caesar which was a mistake- they obviously don't put any effort into those) we paid about $100 including a kid's meal. I upgraded to a poutine which was good. Appetizers are priced the same as main courses now so what's the point? Absolutely not worth the money and this place used to be SO GOOD. No more nut burgers for me and another place I used to love and will never return to. Oh well... I make better food at home. Like most things these days, expect less for more. I don't understand how many places even stay in business.

Great little pub for chatting. Let me explain, service was sub par. It really seems like the server didn't care to be on top of taking orders in a timely manner, waited way to long to get our food order in. Asked us if we ordered things we clearly didn't and I just don't think I cared much for this place. Wouldn't recommend.

You honestly can't beat Patty's when it comes to good food, great crowd and the best family runned business in Ottawa. Choose anything on the menu and you will be satisfied. Their beer is locally brewed and a staple in this city. Don't look any further. Make your way down to Patty's whenever you get the chance!!

I like their cozy atmosphere and delicious food. However, during our recent visit, our server, a woman with blue hair, acted unprofessionally. To our surprise, after we paid our bill, she questioned why we didn't leave a larger tip (in a bad way). Despite enjoying the food and location, I will never go back there.
Tonight, my friends and I visited this restaurant. I opted for the Caesar salad with shrimp, which was delightful. However, the fish and chips fell short of expectations. The French fries were overly dry, and the fish lacked flavor. Unfortunately, our dining experience was further marred by unsatisfactory service. The waitress seemed rushed, lacked good manners, and was openly displeased, even discussing and appearing angry about the tip. Overall, a mixed experience that left us wanting in terms of both food quality and service.

I was having a bad day, walked in to my local patty’s pub, immediately greeted by friendly smiles. Took a seat at the bar. The bartender asked what I d like. He asked me what I’d normally drink and I found my new favourite beer. Ended up having a great night and will definitely be back. Shout to Ross and all the Patty’s crew.

Food was extremely good, perfect comfort food! However, the place wasnt busy at all and the service was awful. We only got one drink each the whole time spent there (nearly 2 hours), since the waitress ignored us and the rest of her tables. We ended up going across the street to get better service for drinks.

good food, better atmosphere, BUT not the reason why i go here... Ross, the gentleman who I have had the pleasure of knowing is the most humble and friendly staff there, it's the only reason why i go there after my soccer games, always has a great attitude, is social, and wonderfully
