Ordered off ubereats. Ordered 2 beef pho items.... did not taste good. The broth was extremely salty... essentially inedible, not something 2 sick people want

We went here last Tuesday (March 12 - around midnight) and we had fun and our server (girl) was very nice and kind. She even clean the table and let us sit and assisted us properly.We came back last night (mach 15 - around 11-12pm) our server (male with glasses) didn’t greet us and just say “for two? Sit anywhere and he didn’t even clean the table, and gave us the menu after a minute” we’re done listing the orders and we called his attention to give our order list but he said “wait” and he go to other table who came after us and assisted them first and everything. I even asked for extra fish sauce he said the owner said it has additional charges but that’s okay with me but last tuesday the girl just gave me an extra one so maybe it’s depends on the mood of the server.The food is absolutely good and worth the wait. The price is also fair and enough for its serving. The ambience is so cozy but needs more cleanliness of the table and cutleries need a proper storage or case.All is good, just the server last night (male with glasses) is rude and doesn’t even care at all.

Went last night because I had heard good things in the past, guess I was too late as they have clearly gone downhill. Pho was bland, spring rolls were very oily and the server was quite rude and dismissive. There’s a million Pho places in Ottawa, so step your game up!

I used to love this place. My two teenage sons I went for supper here tonight and food was terrible. Service ok.Took 40minutes to get two vermicelli and a soup and they came with tomato slices on everything (first for me).Chicken was discoloured and really tough/chewy.Cost over $100.00 for the three of us.6 spring rolls2 vermicelliMedium soup2 pops1 really poorly made mango shakeYour money will be best spent somewhere else.

Great place to find bugs in your food ?All of the bug and rancid meat review people should report to the food inspector ?
Disgusting lack of food safety. Pho has now been ruined for me after the traumatizing experience of finding a larvae in my veggie soup. I was half way through my soup and picking out dirty lettuce bits, when something felt weird in mouth. I pulled my fork back out and realized it was some kind of worm, I was instantly violently sick and puked up everything I had eaten.For food to be prepared improperly, not cleaned, or the kitchen to be so unclean that an entire bug was missed and the food itself was dirty is unacceptable. And with the amount of negative reviews - unaddressed by the owners, it clearly shows they don’t care. I’ve filed a formal complaint against Pho Bo Ga 2 to Ottawa Public Health. Looks like the last complaint-based inspection in June 2023 didn’t inspire the restaurant to make necessary changes.At some point, you should not be allowed to reopen the same restaurant - or any restaurant under a different name. You’re clearly not qualified or don’t care about people’s health.Contact me to discuss further although I doubt this will even be read by the restaurant.

Best pho soup in town. 100%.As a suggestion to the owners though, there is room to improve in terms of cleanliness, bathroom, perhaps add fruit fly traps, etc. Thank you!

Love their hot tea! Ordered a small pho, and it’s really small for the price. So do order bigger portion for a dollar more if you are hungry. I chose to dine here because of they have a parking garage. Ok broth; veggies are fresh.

My recent take-out Bun was delicious and prepared very quickly while I waited. I haven't been to Pho Bo Ga 2 during lunch, but suspect that lunch may be their busiest time, as it was quiet when I visited on a Thursday evening.

This is a health concern and violation post. I ordered the rice with beef and chicken. The beef was ok but the chicken was rotten. It had gone bad probably a few days ago and they were serving that to customers. I took one bite of it and smelled the rotten smell right away and had to spit it out. Please don’t serve meat thats gone bad to clients. This is hazardous to people’s health. Be better & do better.
