We have been ordering from this store for delivery for the past few months and spending on average $65 per week on Fridays. I’m not sure if this store has changed how they make cheese lovers pizza or if they’re just not putting on enough cheese but this is the 3rd week in a row where I’ve ordered a small cheese lovers pizza and I’ve had to call to complain because there was hardly any cheese on the pizza when cheese lovers is supposed to have extra cheese. Although we have 2 credits for 2 small pizzas on our account, unfortunately we will no longer be ordering from this store. I’m only giving 2 stars because their wings are good.

Ordered a pizza, total order came to about 22.00, tipped the delivery guy $3.00 through the application and the driver kept banging on my door to get more of a tip.Will never return to a Pizza Hut again. Would never order from this one again.Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Second time here, Raj took the order this time, a young lady did last time, both super friendly and very busy.The pizza crust was light and airy but crispy on the bottom lots of toppings.Super good and well priced specials, I will definitely go back!

Pizza and pull aparts were good. Pizza was well made. I don't recommend the marinara sauce. It doesn't have the tang that you want in a marinara. There's something, smokey? about it that makes the wonder if it's gone bad. Everything else with our order was good. GF really liked the pull aparts!

I had a decent experience at Pizza Hut Ottawa. The service was friendly and attentive, however, the pizza was a bit underwhelming. I would say it was good overall but not great. I'd give it 3 stars.
It is okay for a "fast" pizza, however I was given attitude for not leaving a tip for a PICK UP pizza. Like they don't even have a table service, or even a chair to wait (all chairs were on top of the tables) and they still demand a tip for handing me a pizza? I think tipping has gone too far, if you legit expect a tip for a 5 second interaction. Tips should be a bonus, not something you take for granted.Parking: Parking on the street can be difficult sometimes, depending on the time of the day.

Woman answering the phone is a liar. Also their daily specials discriminate against people with food sensitivities. Placed my order then immediately called to ask for an ingredient to be omitted because I cannot omit it online and was told the pizza was already in the oven 3 minutes ago. I hadn’t even ordered the pizza a minute ago so how is that possible?!

I love pizza hut's dough, when comparing to other pizza chains. I purchased an large pizza which has 12 small slices. They were okay with the topping, which it has more cheese.

Some really big shame that they say they opened at 11:00 but when I showed up at 12:00 till 12:15 the store was still locked. You could see on the TV two orders but no employees head office as they'll call me back. Haven't received that yet either. How many complaints can they actually get?
