A big thank you to Meisam, who delivered two party pizzas to an event I was hosting yesterday. I had forgotten to put in an order for plates and napkins, which were really needed for this event. I called Meisam back after he had already delivered, and he was incredibly kind to go back to the restaurant, pick up napkins and plates and re-deliver to me. Thanks so much!

I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday and i had my usual with the extra flavour toppings of 2 Italian seasonings and 1 chilli peppers. I get this everytime from my nearby store but today i had to order from this store and they made the most inedible pizza i ever had for my selection. The chilli was just too much and we had to throw it away. Well if then the seasonings amount change according to the stores this is not acceptable.

I have never written a bad review about any place, but this pizza pizza deserves it. Came in with some friends and ordered a pepperoni with the pepper flakes on top and the cashiers about to type it in before some guy from the kitchen starts shouting one topping only and we'd have to pay extra for the pepper flakes which didn't make sense in the end the cashier got us some (very nice guy). I visit again and order a spice bbq chicken pizza can u Imagine some guy from the kitchen wanted to serve us the pizza without bbq sauce on and that for the sauce we would have to pay extra, its literally in the name bbq pizza thats the whole appeal. In the end the cashier gave us the sauce with no extra charge. It's like there only one good person in this whole establishment while everyone else has a problem. This honestly should be looked into.

I'm not sure why I keep ordering poutines at pizza places. They're never good. And this place wasn't an exception. I think I'm just a poutine addict. If you're coming here, just get the pizza.

A guy had a stroke in the store and they wouldn’t allow him free water and told us off and didn’t care about the man’s life. Made me pay 6$ for water for this poor man. Wouldnt let us use the washroom. Treated all customers poorly has rats as well.

Not only did pizza pizza up their prices by so much, they also shrunk their slices. More than half of the pizza pizza’s in Ottawa slices are 75% of their original size and like double what would be 5 years ago. Just walked in for a slice, saw them and just walked out. Would have paid $10 for a slice, drink and dip for 4
Ordered online, food wasn't started when I walked in (Ordered wings threw the app) guy asked me if I liked flats or drums and gave me all 20 of the ones I like. I was upset that my wings weren't started but when he asked me that question and gave me all the kinds I liked I was really happy, shoutout to you sir. Thank you for the great service.

Best customer service . Which means they are not ur slaves but will treat you like family when u order food. Suggestive selling which seems to be not up selling but making me comfortable in coming back to buy my pizza here from now on. Just a rare find for not all pizza pizza are the same.
