Overall a great pub in Ottawa's little Italy. Awesome selection of beer. We were there with a large group and the waitresses were on top of everyone's orders. My only negative is, it was a little small for a large group, but that said, it was still a good experience overall.Parking: It's a busy area so it may be a short walk from the restaurant.

Annabelle was a sweetheart! We were a group of 20 on a Sunday afternoon and she did her best given the circumstances. She wasn't given a support staff to handle our reservation, and she was able to power through despite having lots of people to worry about. She made sure that my chicken wrap had extra chicken, as requested! Good for her!

Service: Hey, Three of us went in at 7 PM and placed our order, drinks, apps and main course, there were two people who took the order together, one was the waitress and there was a trainee along with her. After 5 mins of placing the order, we are served our drinks and then we ask the trainee, to bring the appetizers out when ever they are ready ahead of the rest of the order, 30 mins go by no word from either of them about the appetizers or the food, so we ask the trainee about the apptizers, she says there is a mess up and the food will come. No details on how much more time it will take or what happened, she rushed off. Then after another 30 mins go by (1 hour total), now the time was 8 PM, we are finaly able to get hold of the main waitress, who when asked what happened says there has a been a mess up in kitchen and that we will get our food shortly. She didnt even come up till that point to even ask if we needed a repeat of drinks, or to explain that there was an issue and the food would be delayed. When asked on the same, she got defensive and tried to pin it on us saying we placed the whole order together. Yes, we did place the entire order together but she was no where in sight to even check what was happening. Worst service I got in a restaurant in a while. Horrible service.Food: Lasgna was mediocre, Buffalo chicken bites felt like frozen walmart stuff, Penne Pasta was okay.

The food menu was very disappointing. Last time I was at Pub Italia I remember a much bigger menu and good food.Today I had a mediocre Buffalo wrap with a pint and a shared appetizer and that was $50.The food was blend and the portion was small. This is not the Pub Italia I remember, and will not visit again.

I used to give this place a 5 star because I love it so much. This time, I'm downgrading a bit. I mentioned before that a place that has the Beer Bible should have beer flights. How can u sample very many of the beers without a flight?! This forces you to buy 10 oz glasses to sample, which is more expensive, of course. The menu has also changed, with a more limited selection.

Amazing interior aesthetic. Frozen slushie drinks are always a perk and extensive beer selection! Will be back!

Haven't been here in a while. Eclectic ecclesiastical decor, cozy pew-like seating, and dim lighting give it a great pubby feel. The pasta, appetizers, and pizza we ordered were fine, nothing to write home about but adequate. Good list of beers and wines, and the service did as well as they could give. The narrow winding walkways. There is some parking around the back if you're lucky enough to find a spot!I was surprised that the bill for each couple was $100 with tax and tip. We only had one drink each and pasta and pizza should be a relatively budget-friendlier night.Parking: There are a few spots in the parking lot behind. Otherwise, street parking on Preston.
