This location has huge windows, so it is bright and welcoming. The staff here are friendly and relaxed, you can tell they enjoy their job. The food is consistently delicious and is perfect portions.

The vibe of the place was greatt. For the food we ordered cauliflower wings (made with buffalo sauce), awesome burger(side of fries), fantastic bowl, and for drinks we ordered sangria and a beverage named Heal. The wings felt super tangy but I'm glad there was a dip to balance the taste out or it would've been so difficult to finish it. The burger and the bowl tasted good. I've never tried a burger patty made from mushrooms and walnuts and i would say i wasn't disappointed. Overall, it was great.

This is a $30 bowl at pure kitchen. They have increased prices and decreased the quantity of food. I would frequent this restaurant on a weekly basis but it’s no longer worth the money and the value is no longer there for the price.

Very disappointed in my experience at the Preston Location. The food was the problem. The appetizer (Korean cauliflower wings arrived in good time ,hot and tasty. The main courses arrived lukewarm. The tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp. The noodles were stuck together and pasty. The walnut burger was lukewarm, fries dry and cold.the servers pleasant but the meal took a very long time to arrive.

My wife and I were pleased to try this new-to-us location of Pure Kitchen. We love going to Pure Kitchen for its amazing food and nice ambiance. We ordered the cauliflower "wings" (out-of-this world!) and burgers. Dee-li-cious! Oh, and the poutine upgrade totally worth it!We went early on a Friday as we were heading to a concert and the service was fast and professional. When I brought up an error that had been made to management, they were quick to rectify the situation and took our issue seriously.I highly recommend any of the Pure Kitchen locations and this one was a great experience!

Visit Saturday April 30th, 2022. Clean and bright dinning area, mobility impaired accessible. Great staff who are knowledgeable with all the options available. Food was served promptly and tasted amazing.

We loved it so much that we went to the Elgin location also. The selection on the menu is very varied and looks so good. We had wraps, bowls and soup. All were delicious! The staff was very friendly. The staff at Elgin were so helpful to give us touristy information that we appreciated immensely!

I was alone on Valentine's Day, and thought it was an excellent opportunity to treat myself to Pure Kitchen's special Valentine's take-out menu. The four-course meal came with detailed instructions so that I could warm things up at home and have a restaurant-like experience. The appetizer, an artichoke and spinach dip with home-made corn chips, was tasty and slightly pungent. I received such a generous portion that I was able to dine on it for the next three nights. I still have dreams in which I salivate over the eggplant parmesan and fusilli. There were two pieces of eggplant, and I thought about saving one for later, but it and the pasta were simply too delicious to pass up and I ate them immediately. The rocket salad was a pleasing combination of arugula, fennel, pumpkin and sesame seeds. I found the lemon maple vinaigrette a trifle sweet, but overall it was an enjoyable dish. Dessert consisted of a vegan Valentine's sugar cookie. Alas, there was only one, but it was mouth-watering.

They have juice flights where you can choose a few of their juices for tasting, then you get a full glass of your favorite juice. I loved this idea as it was really fun trying different juices.Husband ordered the korean cauliflower wings and they were very delicious. The chilli was ok. Nothing spectacular. The warrior bowl wasnt great. Too plain. We also got the chocolate chip cookies which tasted amazing!I usually get the royale burger with cheese with kale salad which is amazing. Otherise, I recommend the bowl with noodles and peanut sauce!

The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent but the food was disappointing. It was overpriced and not as good tasting as before the pandemic.

I want to start this review by saying I love Pure Kitchen, am a regular customer and have been for years. My favourite vegan restaurant to go sit and eat at, but their takeout portions time and time again are way less superior than in person dining. Especially for sides. If you want pure kitchen, don’t get takeout. Go and eat there. This goes for all locations.

As a first time tourist in Ottawa, we were looking for vegan/vegetarian places due to our dietary restrictions and Pure Kitchen met all of our needs. The food was absolutely amazing (we ordered the Liberty Wrap and the Lucky Burger) and the environment was very clean. Our waitress had very kindly accommodated to our specific requests. Overall, definitely a place to try while in Ottawa and will be going back if we're ever in the area (we wish there were locations in the GTA).

Cute little vegetarian place with a pretty decent menu. Quite a wide variety of choices including vegan and gluten free options. The atmosphere is a little on the stark side thus the 4 stars instead of 5. It could use a warm up in terms of decor but otherwise the service was fast, friendly and helpful. The prices are $$ so middle of the road. They do offer a great selection of take home, prepared meals that look absolutely delicious and equally tasty looking desserts!Definitely worth a visit ☺

The Preston street location is a very comfortable place perfect for catching up with friends with good food in a casual environment. I had the Fantastic warm bowl, the buffalo cauliflower and an Americano, it was all good and guilf free for the most part. Little on the pricey side, especially if you start substituting but you get a nice meal.
