The pad thai tasted like bottled sauce poured on noodles and some vegetables put on top. The bibimbap was also unremarkable. However, the staff were prompt and friendly, though the server did mix up our orders.

Went for a quick late lunch with my team on Wednesday, it was perfect. It was a little quiet so service was quick and the food came quickly as well.The server was super knowledgeable regarding gluten free items on the menu. We ended up all getting different bowls and loved our meals! I highly recommend the thrive salad, the beat hummus is delicious.On your way out, don’t forget to get yourself a little cookie ! My favorite is their power cookie (not pictured) But I noticed their PB one is also gluten free ❤️Dietary restrictions: Server was super knowledgeable regarding gluten allergy.
Unfortunately my guest and I were seated in the far corner diagonally across from the entrance door, right under the ceiling heat vent. The room temperature went from cold to severely overheated from the ceiling heat vent. The 2 seat tables were crowded closely together making it hard to hear my table mate.

My absolute favourite food spot in Ottawa! Everything is super interesting and delicious! The Mystical bowl was incredible, the awesome burger truly awesome. Very nice service too. Will definitely come back.
The food is outstanding! I had the salad bowl with beet hummus and avocado, and my companion had the pad thai, Pure Kitchen's unique take on seasonings. Both were delicious. Wish I could say the same for the atmosphere and service. The tables are quite close together and the place is surprisingly noisy. The decor is essentially the same as the Elgin Street location but somehow less warm even though it's smaller and could be cozy with a little more attention to lighting and adding textiles to absorb sound. The service was unusually slow, starting with not serving water to the table immediately, which they usually do without asking. The food seemed to take a long time. Okay room was full, esp for a Tuesday evening, but weirdly, it seemed like all the orders for everybody came up at once and staff had to scurry to get it all out of the kitchen and onto the tables.
