Honestly we had a bit of a mixed experience, I personally loved the food especially the Brussels sprouts (amazing) but my wife ordered something different from me and got really sick after.

I’ve always loved red lobster especially this location food is always great service is on point. I had the lobster and shrimp tacos.. I think it’s a new item I didn’t love it I usually get the ultimate feast that’s my fav but I decided to be bold and try something new but it wasn’t for me that’s not to say it’s any fault of the restaurant it’s my own personal taste I just didn’t know it would be breaded and breaded meat in a taco was weird to me but otherwise amazing as always.

Stay away from this company's egift cards. I purchased one in December that was never delivered. When I tried to ask for it to be reissued,1. I was asked repeatedly for a card number, which I didn't have because it's an e-card.2. I was then referred to a phone number which turned out to be US based so they couldn't help.3. Inputting my concerns to the redlobster.ca website yielded silence.4. After rivately messaging on Facebook, I was given a number that wasn't in service. When I posted my concerns to their Facebook page, they were deleted an hour later and nobody from the company reached out.Corporate self-interest over customer service.I have had to resort to Visa to get a refund. This is ridiculous. Avoid at all costs!

I have never been to Red Lobster and been disappointed. It was really busy and loud and it was hard to hear my friend talking. That isn't a reflection on the restaurant however. The fact that it's busy means they're doing it right. Servers were quick and attentive and they watch out for each other to make sure no one was being forgotten in the mix. The young lady asked if we were being looked after. Our waitress was gone to get our drinks and the girl hadn't seen anyone approach us. Took 2 seconds to make sure that we were ok but earned a lot of respect from me. Great staff and fantastic team work
