Picked up a pizza at the time that the app told me that it would be ready. It was cold and left sitting on an unheated rack, obviously for a while. I guess that's why the box comes with heating instructions. Tasted pretty good after I reheated it, but not as good as Toronto locations.

Pizza started out great the first couple of times we had it - great crust and sauce and toppings. The last two times have been terrible - undercooked crust, burnt crust, skimpy on toppings. Going downhill and we are moving on to other places.

I ordered on an app and received a sad, burnt pizza. Not sure who let it leave the restaurant, but wow. It was a bad experience.

This Pi Co location is in my 'hood and I recently ordered through UberEats and picked up. UberEats was having a BOGO (buy one get one free) offer and one of the options was their Margherita Pizza $14 for 2 (the price in the store is $12 each). While my heart always prefers to buy directly from restaurants, my wallet likes UberEats offers, lol. The pizzas themselves were really good. The crust was thin and chewy. The basil was really fragrant. The sauce was flavourful and not excessive in amount (which is my usual complaint at most places, overly saucy pizzas, lol. ). The cheese was tasty. Although I should mention that one of the pizzas had a weird hole in it. O_o (see pictures) Service was not all that friendly or efficient. They were super busy with lots of orders (which I was happy to see, since businesses have been struggling as of late). They had lots of receipts lined up and the prep area was full of pizzas. I arrived 7 minutes after my app told me my order was ready. When I arrived, there were 2 food couriers there with their branded insulated bags and a regular customer who was empty-handed. They were all standing towards the back of the restaurant, so I assumed they were just waiting. I approached the "order here" part of the counter and advised that I was picking up my UberEats order. She asked me my name and I told her as I simultaneously held up my phone close to the plexiglass to show her my order number (Covid Pandemic times and all, and I'm aware that sometimes it's hard to hear people through masks and plexiglass, lol). She said "it's ready" and directed me to the cash register area. I went to the cash register area and saw 2 boxes on the counter that I was pretty sure was my order. I stood at the cash register area while the staff there was boxing up orders and ignored me. She yelled out "order for Skip." So I stepped back as the Skip the Dishes courier approached her. He took the pizzas then left. Then I went back to the cash register. The staff continued boxing pizzas and then yelled out "order for Norm" and I look at the customer at the back of the restaurant. He doesn't move. She repeats "order for Norm" and no one claims it. She then pulled down her mask and said something to her co-workers. She then finally acknowledges me and says what's your order number? I told her, again showing my phone screen. She then says "oh that's these ones here" and takes the two boxes that have been sitting on the counter the whole time and gives them to me. I thank her, no response (perhaps she didn't hear me?), I take the boxes and leave. Times are tough right now, and I don't know what people's personal situations are, so I'm still rating this place 4 stars, as the pizza was good and the price was great with the deal I got, but that was my experience. I wasn't too happy with the way I was treated by the person at the cash.Street parking only.

Health and safety standards not up to snuff. After eating there I couldn't smell or taste anything for a week.

Pi Co is awesome. There are very few places that let you customize your and have your order be as quick as subway but have high quality ingredients. Their pizza oven cooks things in about 90 seconds, so if you're impatient like me, then this is perfection for you.I would recommend signing up for their Pi Co rewards program, since they sometimes have deals! I got a pizza with unlimited toppings for only $10+tax and tip. When you walk into the place, it's quite neat and clean with a cool pizza parlor aesthetic. The smell of delicious bread, cheese, and when I walked in, ham/pepperoni is so enticing, you can't help but just stare and drool as they prepare the pizza. The toppings are all laid out for you so you can pick and choose what you'd like.I chose to top my pizza with as much cheese and meat as possible (looking back now - I possibly regret it? but truly not really, my tummy doesn't, but the rational person in me says that the pizza falling apart was not a good idea)). The freshly made thin crust is so crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, it's AWESOME to take a bite and eat such fresh ingredients. I loaded mine up and they were so generous that instead of a flat pizza, I ended up with a pizza bowl... the box wouldn't actually close properly (that's when you know you've done well). Can't wait to go again!

This really was the best pizza I ever had by a wide margin. The fresh ingredients were superb. How they made a gluten free crust that good is beyond me. I am going to be thinking about this all week until I order again.

I always drive by this place and wanted to try it and finally made it and I didn't expect it to be that good !! The pizza was awesome you can add whatever toppings you want for $14 it is kind of one person size pizza or get the margarita for $10and it is also so yummy I will definitely be back , it is modern pizza place and most of the people are picking up but you still can sit .

As you will get within a block from this place you will smell the wonderful smell of a freshly oven backed pizza. Your mask can have 2 or 3 layers the smell will hit you and the fuzzy warm feeling with the understanding that you must have some will spread in your body. You cant beat a fresh made thin crust pizza, well you actually can cause for an extra 4$ you can have almost all the toppings you want. 10$ for a small individual pizza, 14 with toppings.Best Pizza in Westboro,Wellington West and Hintonburg by far.

Unfortunately our food came thrown around in the box, undercooked and cold. Ordered gluten free due to an allergy, and the dough was extremely undercooked in the middle.
