There are so many options to make your own noodle soup. You get a bowl and load up your ingredients and at the register you pay by weight. Many ingredients are like hotpot ingredients but some I have never seen before so that's very interesting. I kind of over did it and ended up paying over $40 for myself and took home leftovers. Service was great - helpful and fast. Atmosphere is bright and clean - would take someone here for a date.
