The food was so good every single bite was an explosion of flavor, down to the wings and the ribs, my dad said those were the best ribs he’d ever eaten and I agree. The poutine was otherworldly, I am not from here, so it was something new for me and it exceeded my expectations. Service is good, our waitress was very friendly, the atmosphere was nice and good music.
When to the Elgin St location the other day and had their chicken bites. Yummy. Very impressed with the size of the bites compared to other restaurants of the same genre. Will definitely have them again. Just sauce them up a bit more.

My recent experience at St. Louis restaurant left much to be desired. Despite being excited to reconnect with old friends after years, our evening was marred by disappointing service and a lack of hospitality.Upon arriving, my friends and I were seated and eagerly awaited assistance from the staff. However, it quickly became apparent that we were being ignored and overlooked. Despite our attempts to engage with the servers, they seemed disinterested and reluctant to assist us.What was particularly disheartening was the apparent disregard for equality and respect. As someone from the Middle East, it was difficult not to notice that all the servers were of a different background, and it felt as though we were being treated differently because of our race. Regardless of one's background, every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and fairness.Despite the subpar service, we decided to make the best of the situation and placed our orders. Even when leaving a generous tip in the hopes of acknowledging the staff's efforts, we received no acknowledgment or gratitude in return.As someone visiting Ottawa for the first time, this experience was not only disappointing but also left a lasting negative impression. It's disheartening to see a lack of inclusivity and professionalism in a restaurant, especially in a diverse and multicultural country like Canada.In conclusion, I would caution anyone considering dining at St. Louis restaurant to be aware of the unequal treatment they may receive. No one should have to endure such poor service and disregard for basic courtesy.

Absolutely outstanding night tonight at St. Louis!!I was having a horrible day and figured I’d stop by for a quick snack to ease my pain. I was immediately met with a smile and warm greeting from my server BETH. Beth was extremely accommodating and turned my day around. I’m also short of hearing and I appreciate that she was patient with me and did her best to communicate.Thankyou so much Beth and St Louis! 10/10!!!!
