My family and I have been enjoying Louis Russ Measurements bar and Grill for a couple of months now especially their hand tossed crispers. Weird thing though, they only fill their condiments 1/ Quarter way full for example these crisper chips come with some dill sauce dipping sauce but they only put a tablespoon full of sauce in this container and when you pay for an ask for more, they take your money but they don’t give you more, I have called three times, and spoke to a lady manager in the evening who claims that there is a shortage of the special sauce, but then, in a second complaint on a different day, she claims that they just didn’t make enough. We no longer go to this restaurant because of this .

Our server was Jenna. Great wings, and they gave us free sauce to take home. I came on bottomless boneless wing night, and the portions were great. Their fries were unique and not the bland cut fries. Great attentive service from Jenna, who frequently stopped by our table to ask for refills on water and wings. Bathrooms were in great condition and looked well clean and free of dust and debris.

Just had a great exerience at St. Louis. It was pretty busy but food came quick and hot. Maddy was attentive and smiley, brought everything we asked for and made sure we were good. Will definitely return!
