My recent visit to this particular Starbucks [27 Mar 2024, 19:30 hrs] left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite the brand's reputation for quality beverages and ambiance, the lack of customer service was glaring. Upon entering, I found the cashier engaged in a lengthy conversation regarding his marriage life, neglecting all the customers who waited for the service. It took a frustrating ten minutes before I departed and no one even acknowledged my presence. The rude cashier and his friend was engaged in a deep conversation and ignored everyone else. This cashier could have easily taken my order to facilitate returning to his compelling dialogue. This utter disregard for service made me feeling undervalued as a patron. While friendly banter is understandable, it shouldn't come at the expense of customer satisfaction. This decline in service quality is disheartening and tarnishes the Starbucks experience. I hope this issue is promptly addressed to ensure all customers receive the attention they deserve.

This afternoon there were 4 tables + 8 chairs already occupied, when I arrived to buy a mug of coffee and no place to sit along the windows like before.I found an empty chair next to the garbage and sat down waiting for a table to be available, when I saw a couple walked up to me "Take the table where we were sitting... I thanked them :).My thought turned to the amount of marching rallies that have been happening in recent months.Please put back the tables and chairs.Mireille Desmarais.

Starbucks is very popular. I often ordered coffee there, the only one, it confuses me, it is that there is a lot of caffeine and if you drink coffee during the day, then you will not be able to sleep all night. Also, I do not really understand their desserts, I would like more variety, it is clear that the emphasis is on drinks, but then it would be better not to sell desserts, as they are about nothing. In general, the starbacks is not bad.

Starbucks quality has gone way down and it doesn’t seem like they even bother to train their baristas in some locations. Unfortunately, this is the case for this store. I ordered an iced chai which tasted like straight syrup. It was the sweetest drink I have ever drank in my life. I had to throw it away as it wasn’t even edible with the amount of sugar it had. Please train your baristas!!!

Employees take way too long... The prices are WAYYYY to high and there is absolutely no customer service...
The barista took so long to make our drinks. Every time I come to this Starbucks location I'm fairly disappointed. Last time the drink felt very diluted, like I was drinking water instead of coffee. This time, another barista was talking to another customer for at least 5-10 minutes about some dog. OK, great, but can you make my coffee in time please? It's fairly inconvenient.

I waited 25 minutes for my drink. The service was extremely slow, when I asked them about the wait time they said it is normal for orders to take 10 minutes.....
