Ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. They had no whipped cream at the time, but I wasn't told this. I didn't realize until I drank my beverage. On this & another visit people that ordered well after me, somehow get served well before I do.
Changed my review to 2 stars because I ordered a gingerbread latte and it tasted like straight up MILK, it didn't even have the pumpkin spice toppings on top nor any sweetness or ginger taste to it..barely had any coffee taste

I always order from here and never had a problem before but today I order a peppermint hot chocolate, as per normal, and when I get to my desk i open the lid and to my disappointment I find about 2 missing inches of liquid. At the price of this hot chocolate I want it full, don’t mind a little whip cream but never 2 inches of it at that price! Not impressed…
