Probably one of the cheapest subways I have been to. They are so stingy on the toppings I had to ask for extra 2-3 times for each one. Small strip of sauce. Had to repeat my order multiple times. The staff were working on in-store customers and online orders out of sequence. I love subway, and it’s my go-to fast food restaurant, but won’t be returning, not recommending this location

Just an FYI - this franchise location charges $0.19 for the paperbag they put your sub in, other Subways don't.EDIT: I'm editing my review to reflect the franchise response and their misuse of exclamation points. Also, they are correct they did ask if I would like a bag, I said yes, did I know I would be charged for it? No, I did not. Its under handed. If I go buy a burger and fries from another fast food place I'm not expecting to walk out holding a burger and fries without a bag. And as they stated, which was my point, OTHER subways don't.EDIT 2: So, I see they are doubling down on their response instead of letting it go - there are reviews that this place doesn't have very good customer service and the owner is rude, the response to my review just proves their point. How petty, sad really, and very embarrassing that they would continue to respond. Anyway, my initial review was merely to remind everyone that they charge $0.19 for the bag. So, again, a reminder, THEY CHARGE FOR BAGS AT THIS LOCATION. And its not that the bags are $0.19, its principle. #BagGateThe owner or whomever replies to these reviews should learn control with their responses and do better - 1 star.

We couldn’t decide what to eat and just settled for subway; I honestly walked into the store yesterday with a “ugh subway” mentality just from consistent bad experiences. BUT I was completely wrong and shocked at the great service provided to us. Even though he was working on his own he was an extremely nice employee and gave us a bunch of suggestions! I would have never expected to have such a nice experience buying subway. Oh! and the store was SUPER clean. I will definitely remember this subway experience. Thanks.

Worst service.. me and my friend visited here today ( 28 november 2023) near about 12:15 pm. Customer service was very poor . The staff was very rude mainly the guy . I told that man who was working at that time to change the gloves while making my sandwich but he ignored as i am pure vegetarian.Even at the last from grill he took my sandwich without gloves. It seems to be unhygienic.

The sandwich artists made my sub with care and the restaurant is clean and tidy. Excellent customer service with no delays. It was a great spot for brunch with colleagues.

Wow. I hadn't been to Subway in a while (couple years) but I was not prepared for these prices. Their most basic subs (meatball/cold cut) are now over $13? They used to be $5. And i had to ask to find out if they still even had them. All of the subs on the visible menu were significantly more than that. Couldn't get a combo for under $20 taxes in. Completely insane. This is now more expensive than shawarma and basically on par with Firehouse subs. Zero value. Subway just lost a customer!!

unfortunately, this location close to my work I been there few times and Subway is first choice when come to fast food. I never see any smile on owner face he is extremely cheap he even doesn't give you subway rap and bags he has cheap rap papers and brown bags to put your food I will never-ever go to this location.
