They barely put any toppings on yet they charge the same price as any subway. Had to ask for more and still ended up with a pitiful amount. The bread was also hard and not fresh.

Dont go there. They are SO CHEAP. I go to subway a lot, and I know some are greedier then others, but this one is next level? what a
i’ve ordered delivery from this location about 4 times now and i’m thoroughly disappointed. the first couple of times they took over an hour to prepare my order. i get they can be busy sometimes but it really is just a sandwich. subways can sometimes be inconsistent so when my 2nd order came lacking many toppings i figured it was a one off. but today my order is brutal. took an hour to prepare and when i received it my 6 inch sub has a total of 2 slices of turkey on it, someone clearly sliced the bread in half incorrectly because it’s much smaller than any 6 inch i’ve had before, and the 3 pieces of spinach is just sad. i will never be ordering from this location again. seems like when it’s a delivery order they don’t put an ounce of effort in.

This Subway location has terrible service and is charging twice the price for half the food you can get at other locations. To have a good subway experience in this area there is another location at 180 Elgin Street, and also at the food court in the Rideau Centre which is less then a 10 minute walk from this location, and they give great service :)
