Been coming here for years. Started off in 2017 when I worked at Mr lube. The staff has always been friendly, the food is good and the portions are great. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained.Some of the negative comments on here are clearly false. From poor judgements on the food, customer service and atmosphere. Mostly people complaining because they didn't get their way like a bunch of babies.
I don't know what that Mike guy is talking about. Just 2 whole pages of nonsense. Delicious food. Went there on a whim with my girlfriend and we sat down, had a bunch of smiles and nice people working the counter, the food was delicious, we kept smiling and joking around and kept stopping to say "this is crazy good food"Vegetarian options: My girlfriend had the falafel and she said it was awesome

Great food, great portions, friendly “family” service.
The meal is good and has a generous amount of ingredients for the meal...and its taste is excellent...their hospitality is excellent...I asked them about the tea service after the meal, but it was not available within the restaurant’s services...but they insisted on serving tea to those present with me and at their own expense...

We love their felafels and their service !Some of the comments below surprised me but I did want to emphasize how fresh and authentic the garlic paste is (Toum). Some may be used to the diluted stuff (mayo, sour cream, etc) from other shops and think that’s the standard.Would recommend and love supporting family owned resultants.

All these 5 stars review you see here are a LIE! There are much better place to eat shawarma than this place!DO BETTER!

I’m so disturbed paying 138 dollars and receiving the meals which all went into the garbage . All the order was disappointing, arrived cold , no taste whatsoever and the shawerma tasted everything but shawerma both the beef and chicken . The falafel sandwiches tasted old probably from yesterday and the bread smelled like shawerma ! Bazella and rice dish tasted like mixed veggies stew with no flavor . That’s the worst I’ve had so far in my visit to Ottawa .
