Well I've tried to ignore the last couple times, but this place is really getting bad by one thing for me. I always order the General Teriyaki spicy and nothing else but the last three times I'm getting the Chicken absolutely not fresh. I know what I am talking about. It's so bad to the point the chicken was brown from inside (not because it's not cooked, but because it was cocked ages ago) dont try to justify it. It was very bad that you lost a loyal customer for life

Wow went there for the first time yesterday and the Pad See Ew (rice noodles with beef and spinach) it was so amazing, very tasty. I will love to go back however I’m about 25 mins away from this restaurant. I’ll be trying their Pad Thai next time. Also the restaurant was very clean and beautiful ambience inside, given this, next time I will dine in.

This was my first time at Thai Express. I asked for bok choy as extra with my chicken pad see ew but I don’t think they carry this ingredient so when the cook heard me asking for it, he offered Napa cabbage as an alternative. This was wonderful customer service and the dish was absolutely delicious! Also the mural is lovely. Thank you :)

Service was amazing. However, the food is lacking. The chicken in my general Thai mango was about 85% batter and extremely crunchy. They flooded the food in sauce, so yes, it tasted good. However, it was very liquidity. Last time I tried this location was awhile ago after this experience I can say this place is horrible. At a cost of $17 the portion size is horrendously small. I wouldn't recommend this place to people I hate.

Ordered chicken pad Thai, extra spicy, as well as a peanut shak-a-bowl with shrimp. From what I saw on the website, the shak-a-bowl is supposed to be a salad with fresh vegetables. The photos show all raw vegetables with bean sprouts and red peppers. The food I received, all the vegetables were sauteed and there were several pieces of green peppers and two slivers of red, and no bean sprouts. I understand that vegetables can be a little seasonal, but no bean sprouts? And instead of shrimp there was chicken. A huge disappointment to my autistic partner who can't eat cooked vegetables. Pretty sure I paid more for shrimp, too, but I can't find the receipt anymore. Anyway, this dish ended up uneaten in the fridge. The chicken pad thai was fine, if rather bland. Extra spicy it was not. The spicy chicken sandwich from Popeye's next door is spicier than these noodles. Other Thai Express locations will make my pad thai "Thai spicy" but this location seems pretty cheap on the flavourings. All in all, not worth the $39 after tax for the order. I don't think this would have been worth half that. Supremely disappointed in this location.

I have to say I haven't been to this location for the past two years because previously the noodles were so overcooked and food was bland. But I'm glad I stopped by today because the pad sew was AMAZING. The noodles were just right. The flavours wee perfect. Lots of meat, eggs and broccoli. The lady at the cashier was so friendly and was smiling the whole time.

This is a restaurant, and therefore the review is based mostly on the food. Service was alright as I was taking the food to go. It was ready in a timely fashion, now onto the food. I ordered the pad thai with extra chicken. There was nothing pad thai about the dish. The noodles were right, but way, way over cooked and every piece of chicken tasted like tofu, yes no flavor. There was no ingredient that would indicate to anyone that you were eating pad thai. Not good. Don't go.

Kind staff but very bland red curry with tofu. Tons of onions and no nice coconut milk-based sauce as I’m used to. The opposite of authentic Thai cuisine..

So. I've never seen a pad thai that has no veggies.Pad thais are typically brimming with veggies. Here, just 90% noodles, 8% tofu, and 2% bean sprouts, with almost no flavouring except the chili per requested "medium spice". Did I really pay $15 for that mini box of noodles so humourously referred to as pad thai? Was this just the Britannia location or is this everywhere? When I asked head office the same question, they said they were so sorry, but nothing more. I sent them proof of purchase and look forward to hearing back from them.

I ordered lunch for 15 people for a meeting at our office. They cancelled the order at the time it was supposed to show up and aren't answering my calls to find out why.
