Ordered the BOGO deal on Ubereats for pickup. Arrived on time according to the app but was neglected for a good 10 minutes before host asked us if we were picking something up just for him to come back after another 15 minutes to tell us there are no pickup orders awaiting until we informed him that it’s for the Uber pickup, not the store takeout. The host was not very helpful when I expressed my concern regarding the chopped portion and the timely wait, not to mention the space was occupied by 3 tables of customers.

Dear Management,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Today April 21st 2024, I placed an order for pickup through Uber Eats at your location. The estimated pickup time was 9:19 PM, and I arrived promptly at 9:13 PM.Despite the lack of a busy atmosphere, I was not acknowledged or greeted by any staff until I initiated conversation after standing unattended for approximately 13 minutes. During this time, another patron left due to extended wait times, highlighting an evident service issue.Upon finally being attended to, I provided my name for the order, after which the server disappeared into the kitchen to inquire about the status. However, upon return, I was not informed of any updates until I prompted for information. It was then communicated to me that my order would require an additional 7-8 minutes, totaling almost 20 minutes past the designated pickup time.Subsequently, there was a series of errors with the order fulfillment. Initially, I was presented with an incorrect quantity of shrimp, followed by an incorrect combination of shrimp and mussels. Despite my repeated clarifications, the correct order was not promptly provided, further exacerbating the delay.Regrettably, this prolonged wait resulted in additional consequences, as I received a parking ticket of $110 due to exceeding the allotted time for my parking duration. Moreover, upon returning home, I discovered missing items from my order, including disposable gloves that are typically included and an incorrect sauce selection.Furthermore, my attempts to address these issues with a manager were unsuccessful, as I was informed that the manager had left prior to my request for assistance.As a customer, I expect a level of service that aligns with the reputation of your establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell significantly short of this standard, resulting in frustration and inconvenience.I urge you to review your operational procedures and service standards to prevent similar incidents in the future and to ensure that all customers receive the quality of service they deserve.With this lack of satisfaction, I cannot see myself attending this establishment again.Sincerely,Patrick

Came on a busy night with one table available. Asked to be moved when a table became available. They moved us to a new table with much more room. Ordered the snow crab legs and mussels. Always get the corn and captains boil sauce. I tried the lobster rolls for the first time. Only comment would be bigger lobster pieces, but the flavor was on point.

Ordered for take out. First of all, they told me it takes normally 25min (arrived 35min) later and waited an additional 20min in the restaurant for my food. Secondly, we ordered 2 pounds of crab legs and 1 pound of crawfish. I requested the crawfish one (garlic and butter) they've made it taste like the spicy with the wrong side... I bought in the past, frozen crawfish from T&T tasted fresher than these ones. Tasted really old..my snow crab legs (the meat was overcooked AND tasted OLD as well)... we're in crab season now... this is my fourth time eating at captain boil, but the first time ordering at this location.

Terrible. Order crawfish on Uber eats. Waited almost 2 hours so I called them. Only for them to tell me it’s taking long because they don’t have crawfish. Why make it available on Uber eats?? Why not inform the customer?? When I called the lady on the phone was uninterested and kept sighing when I requested she double checks with her supervisor or with the kitchen staff.

Food is SO delicious it really reminds of the original boil. We came on busy Friday night. There was a waiting line to be served server told us maybe 15 minutes but we were only able to take a table at 25 minutes. I mean I understand it was a full restaurant but I wish they had some kind of alert system to let me know so I wouldn’t have to wait before being seated. Otherwise rest was ok service good, server archie makes really good cocktails and the food is so yummy and saucy. Definitely coming backParking: Free parking

I will not introduce this bar to any of my friends. Its the first time leaving a bad review. There is no service at all. We told the waiter two times we were ready to order. However, it took half hour to come to us. And they didn’t give us dinnerware or gloves when they served the food. Literally, every time when we need something, they can’t see us. The service is always not in time. And we ordered the lobster which is not fresh. It’s really a awful experience, ruin my Friday night.

It's too bad. I'm never going again. The waiter was very neglectful and no one served him for a long time. Feeling treated differently. Disposable gloves and litter baskets are not provided. The service is terrible.The food didn't feel fresh, either. The lobster was smooth, fishy, and had a weird taste

Our expectations for a pleasant seafood dinner were met with stark neglect. Despite a nearly empty restaurant, we struggled just to get water, waiting 10 minutes before having to request it ourselves. The real disappointment was our waiter, who was too engaged in bartending and chatting at the bar to acknowledge us. Even after approaching him, he failed to take our order. After over 25 minutes of waiting without service, we left both hungry and frustrated. It was particularly irritating to see our supposed waiter and the busboy, who seated us initially, laughing behind the bar, completely oblivious to their guests. This place lacks basic service etiquette; dine elsewhere if you actually wanna eat.

It was busy when we arrived so we were okay that we waited quite a bit for our food. We ordered the Dungeness crab and a mix. Everything was fine until I saw that half of the crab was raw (only the legs were fine). Mussels were dry and overcooked. The server was amazing and apologetic but we only received a 10% discount on our meal. We got the sense that management didn’t believe us after they mentioned the yellow guts was normal; disregarding the fact that the meat was translucent. I would be very careful when ordering crab from them (please check the body of the crab). Overall, I don’t believe we will come back to this establishment.
