Was my first time here, most likely the last. Early morning and the shop is already dirty. Cleanness is an issue. Slow service. No trays no sleeves but they use double cups for coffee, what’s the point??
These people are working g hard. Cudos to them, but they can not prepare phone orders in time, especially in the morning. There needs to be at least 2 more people working here for morning rush. This shows poor management only.

Nice staff, one of the most clean Tims in Downtown. Parking spot is tricky be careful nit get tickets it is for loading zone.Parking: On the cooper side first and second parking lot are labeled for loading zone. I got ticket at Saturday after 6pm.
