I go here daily for coffee weekdays and always great quick service. Today on the other hand Saturday morning was awful. I was shocked at the rude attitude I received. A nice gentleman who was just confused about new system they had was slower figuring things out and then I assume asked for help from a coworker. This woman was absolutely awful and rude. So Disappointed ☹️, I was so excited for the pumpkin spice drinks that came out but Two days in a row there’s no Pumpkin Spice at all :( I got an pumpkin spice cold brew two days ago and it tasted like a regular cold brew… no taste of pumpkin spice at all and yesterday I ordered an pumpkin spice latte and it was disappointed again it was just a regular latte. Also every morning in the drive thru the order taker is so rude and rushs you without telling you the price . :(

5 years later, and they haven't changed much. Waited 5+ minutes for the woman in front of me to be served, and I waited another 4 minutes for me to be served. I saw 6 cars pull away because they were so slow getting to customers. They are costing themselves a lot of money.Hit or miss on Tea, sometimes end up with coffee, sugar and milk can be off, I suspect they skip tuning the machine.
