Never had a problem with this location. In a mall so the atmosphere is subject to change lol. Service is quick some days, some slow but it's a busy location.Kid-friendliness: Always friendly to kids.
From the moment I walked in, there was one short girl who greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel memorable evening and she made a delicious coffee for me and the service was quick and that commendable service that shall remain etched in my memory???

I have been coming here regularly, for after work coffee and snacks, and unfortunately in recent times the iced-capps served herehave become more a kin to cold coffee than the semi-frozen delight of times past. These days I reminisce of the that cold delight as I walk to Starbucks, and dream of a day where I can return to ordering iced Capps from this particular Tim Hortons.12-11-2023,It took the staff 15 thr give us the wrong order, the iced capp is still a mess.
