First off when promoting an app for a customer to download your staff should offer if you have the app or would like to download it as you are promoting the app itself everywhere, I didn't have the app prior to walking, I then Proceeded to input all of my information and get the app started while waiting in line for my coffee well when I got to the counter and ordered I waited for the cashier to offer me to get my points or scan I then waited at the cash not moving at all until my coffee was handed to me I then proceeded to ask for what was mine ( to scan for my points) and the cashier went to another staff and that staff told me it was to late to get my points but I had already paid and was expecting the cashier to do their job and offer me what was mine or at the very least try and give me my points I am extremely upset and won't be coming back and probably better yet advising others to stay away from your location and as a previous manager or a fast food industry this better be looked at

The staff are very rude and classist. They are selective about who is “allowed” to use their bathroom and discriminate HEAVILY against lower class people. The manager and other staff, threaten to call police/ambulance if people rest their heads on the table and does actually make this call often, waisting both her time and the time of police/paramedics all just to humiliate people who are already struggling. Even if you are not homeless (homeless people being their main target) and just “appear homeless” in their opinion, you will be met with disrespect and hostility. The staff are extremely unprofessional and untimely and don’t practice good cleanliness, very slow service considering there are two cashes there is rarely someone at EITHER. This all seems to be a theme with the downtown Tim Hortons locations. Huge thumbs down do not recommend.

Great service, fresh food and coffee available to you all the time. Even during busy times customer satisfaction is what you expect here at peak. My go to place to get coffee all the time.Vegetarian options: Usual Tim Hortons menu for veg options, nothing special.Parking: Core downtown area so parking is hard to locate. Additionally, close to Lyon station so busy place majority of the time.
Don't go here. It's filthy and dingy. Worst Tim Hortons I've been in.

Hello There,Today I visited this place and they served me very little portion of potato veggies, They always serve me fair portion, Upon asking they ere making annoyed faces, they were literally talking about me in their own language.And laughing, Was really unprofessional and I felt so bad they were looking at me as well.So disappointed!Vegetarian options: Potato veggies, Grilled Sandwich.

Went for breakfast, ordered 2 sandwiches. Sat down and Ate one and unwrapped 2nd. Was wrong sandwiches. Talked to the manager, but she asked where the other sandwich was. I explained I ate it. She said because I didn't have the other sandwich that she could not replace it. I even offered the sandwich back, but she still refused. She was also very rude.
