The man that works at night almost everynight, just watched him go to the bathroom, walk out still zipping up his fly, then proceed to make our drinks without washing his hands, he doesn’t wear deoderant causing a smell that makes me avoid the store at night most times, and I’m not alone. He has no interest in working there and says machines are broken when I got an ice Capp just an hour prior.
Walked in knowing they serve breakfast until 4, and before 3 zero breakfast foods were available. Alot of moving bodies, only a few working. One gentleman remedied my order and this franchise should be greatful to have staff in a fast food store, to take ownership for a mistake then fix it. That's how you achieve repeat business.
