Went to take my order the staff was pretty amazing they always have a smile, they welcome everyone like family and it’s probably the best Tim’s I’ve ever went great customer service all staff are well
I don't know if it's a learning coffee shop, but every time I go, I always wait almost 14 min in line, dark roast I always have to wait for a pot and they only have 2 people on the floor it's lunch put more people

Ice cap wasn't made right. It made me gag and It was all liquid and creamy when it's supposed to be frozen. It was not frozen.
