If only the pizza was fast like everything else. Morning staff are pleasant and helpful. But I have been burned over the pizza twice now and I am losing my patience with this location. The problem is it is on my way when I am going west, and there is not another Tim's for a couple of miles or more.
This Tim Hortons does not receive a notification for your mobile order, don’t complain if you walk in and you’re standing there for 10 minutes while the store is busy. Instead of standing there not saying anything, maybe try using your words if someone isn’t attending to you. I don’t understand why people keep complaining when this Tim Hortons has such kind staff. Keep up the good work guys!

I love this Tim Hortons, it is well designed, elegant, clean (when it is not busy) and cozy, good service too, definitely there is some room for customer service improvements, but overall it is one of my best locations.
