Employee did not make my Turkey bacon club sandwich properly. When I asked for ketchup for the potato wedges, she had an, attitude about it. Afterwards when I went to use the bathroom, the same employee said the door was open when it wasn't... Which seemed purposely done. She had a laugh about it with the other employee.

This place is a rollercoaster. They get waves of new staff, because people keep leaving. Takes forever in the morning, usually one cash, open and can get really frustrating. Many mornings people lose it in the line due to the wait. I've changed this review from good to bad multiple times, I try and give them a fair shot when they are doing well.

The coffee variety and taste is ok, and the prices are affordable. The sweet pastries are far too sweet though, Tim Hortons should reevaluate the amount of sugar they use.I used the washroom, and it was clean. The tables need further cleaning though, they are usually full of empty cups and dirty napkins and have crumbles too.

This place is disorganized all the time. I’m eating what is definitely a day old donut right now, and don’t even want to go through the hassle of asking for one made on this calendar day due to how long the first order took. This place has no discernible order, and I’ve never even heard them once utilize the name they ask for at order time. They just yell out items, and I frequently have to remind them of at least one item in my order. One time I asked the shift manager why this is often the case, and he responded with such derision that I walked out of here without my coffee. This is the closest Tim’s to my house, so I always come back hoping for better.Edit:1. The phone number and the website given below are a huge runaround. Nobody wants to spend 30 minutes to reiterate their experience to a call center personnel for what I imagine is a five dollar gift card.2. The older lady that works the counter keeps that place going. You can tell she’s worked to the bone and cares about the place. However, she’s also unbelievably rude to both her coworkers (I’ve heard a few instances of “if x, so help me god…”) and customers.I’ve had an incident where I ordered a combo and didn’t get a donut. This lady was super short, and the manager came out to help out. She offered me the donut due to the misunderstanding and to thank me for the feedback. She didn’t have to, but it was nice. When I finished my sandwich and started to eat the donut, she complained loudly to me that “it’s not right” and that I “shouldn’t get the donut”. So, I stopped eating it and put it on the counter and told her to sort herself out. This place is an absolute mess, and I’d recommend going to any other location to force their hand in addressing this.

Why is the toilet closed? This is a human need. Do you think it's just about selling coffee and donuts? It is worrying that a large company like Tim Hortons has not been able to provide a solution on this issue. It's a store I use, but I think I won't choose it again.

This has to be one of the worst Tim's in the city. They get most things wrong. I ask for tea with milk I get it with cream. They are always short staffed, and the employee give you attitude when they get things wrong. Service is extremely slow. Definitely the last time I ever visit this location.

Good service with facility to order in advance as well as from couple of kiosk available without even talking to anyone if that's what you prefer. Busy street so stays busy majority of the time and can be little chaotic at times.

It's the slowest Tim Hortons. It's so slow. All the time. Even if there's only one person in front of you. Sometimes it takes almost 10 minutes just to get a coffee and there's only 1-2 people ahead of you. I used to work fast food - prioritizing is not so difficult that this is should be the outcome. Often times I also see people just...moving slow. No sense of getting orders out fast, just taking their sweet time. Very frustrating every time, to the point where I often will purposely walk further, in whatever temperature, to a different Tim Hortons. Factoring in the time I sit in the store waiting for my order, it's almost the same amount of time to walk to one further away.
