They sent my orders missing one of my items, messing with 2 other items, no straws and when i called them back for the missed item that i was already charged, they offered me to pass by the score and pick it up! Or to order it again ( paying again for tips and delivery fee) while i needed it when I ordered it! No refund no good solution! The lady apologized i appreciate it but this wasn’t a solution. Every time i order online, they make me regret, no more tim hortons online order??

This location has the best selection out of anything nearby, and is without a doubt your best bet if you're looking for seasonal or limited-edition menu items. It does tend to have somewhat of a wait on occasion, however, which isn't helped by the rather slow service. There are generally seats available, though, and the place is in good condition especially after the recent renovations.

They leave people outside because for them (employée) it open at « 7:00am ». Nothing special was marked on their holiday’s schedule for the December 27. Also my order was already paid and they made me come back at 7:00am. If they were very supposed to be closed, my online order would not had even proceed.

I love this Tim Hortons, it's nice I'm glad they remodel the place its clean looks really nice and the washrooms looks alot better the food and coffee is good and the people are really friendly. Good job.
Got a bacon belt and it had no cheese or bacon it. How difficult is it to make a belt that took 10 minutes to make?

Je commence par ce qui est bien : la vendeuse a fait ce qu'elle a pu. Pour le reste à fuir! 2h avant la fermeture (c'est à dire à 19h!?!) Il ne restait plus de frites, plus de bacon, plus de sauce barbecue...par contre la sauce "super épicée" était bien présente dans ma salade alors que la serveuse m'avait demandé le niveau de "piquant": "très peu s'il vous plaît", réponse "oui monsieur".Les potatoes de remplacement étaient raides et froides (réchauffées au micro ondes ?).Côté ambiance, c'était soirée fumée avec le lavage de friteuse à 19h.Comme j'avais encore un doute sur ce restaurant, je suis allé aux toilettes : l'urinoir était bouché avec du PQ. Ça n'est pas de la faute des employés, mais ça reflète le laissé aller général.Bref, passez votre chemin.

They don’t have half of the things and when you try to edit the menu as per your preferences..the lady at the counter just tells you rudely “ to make up your mind” .Hello , please we are not here to be treated like that … need to have some patience.Start having things that customers ask for first and then have right to shout on customers.
