It quite literally acts as the third homeless shelter of the Byward market. Constant open drug use right outside, not really a safe atmosphere. Go across the street to the Tim's in Rideau. Way better and safer.

NEVER RETIRE THE BAILEY'S BOSTON CREAM DONUT, or we will have to organize a DONUTstration!?I just died and went to Donut Heaven, that Donut is INCREDIBLE...? and now I'm thinking I should have ordered more.?..after all the box I ordered is for a breakfast meeting...so you know, it just made sense to eat both so that no one at the meeting will ever know what they are missing...what can I say, I couldn't stop myself ????

Ceasepool of filth and security wise a dangerous place to go for a coffee. Some street person with obvious mental health issues was taking off his clothes inside the doorway and staff seemed oblivious to it/him! PASS ON THIS COFFEE STOP... WELL DONE TIMs!
Service was incredibly slow with staff showing no sense of urgency at all. They seemed untrained and didn't know what they were doing, so maybe it's not their fault.FYI, this is a small location with no place to sit.The place needs a deep clean.On the brightside, there's another Tim Hortons across the street just inside the mall. Totally different atmosphere.
