This is by far my favourite Wendy's location in Ottawa. I don't usually give reviews, but tonight, I drove over to this branch after having experienced the worst possible attempt at ordering in the Terminal Ave. Wendy's, and man, the Bank St. staff just made my night. Their service was swift and speedy. I don't think we waited more than a couple of minutes. You guys are superstars. Thanks a lot! I come to this location all the time and I've never been let down.

If you like to customise your burger, this is the last place you want to go. I have boycotted them for over a year for getting the order wrong and decided to give them another try today, dining in for the first time at this location. Once again, this Wendy’s has proven themselves totally unable to make a burger without adding ketchup on it. That was not the only deficiency; shockingly the remake was even worse. Removing the ketchup was too much of a challenge and they took out the pickle and onion as well. I did get my mustard on the side, (which I prefer), but neither order had the tomato requested. It's truly appalling that this Store can be so consistent in getting it wrong. As much as I prefer the double stack, it appears my future is McDoubles! I do not have the time or patience to be constantly asking for my order to be remade.

Caution to anyone ordering the new Cinnabon desserts! I ordered a few from this location this evening. They were cold and the icing used was completely spoiled. I won't be ordering from 2456 Bank Street again. Disgusting!

They were so rude they had no sign posted that the dining room was closed and we walked in to order stuff we just walked in and they told us to basically get out they are supposed to have a policy for delivery drivers to go through the drive through after 11 but they left the door unlocked despite their dining room being closed

On Jan 23/24 went into the restaurant for take out. My friend ordered a double burger with cheese only. We checked the burger and it was made wrong. I went back to the cashier, to complain and while waiting l noticed the person making the burgers told the cashier to give the returned burger to the other customer.Went and told the customer that the burger was touched/why it was returned and what both employees did and couldn't believe it. He appreciated me being honest with him, at least someone was cause Wendy's staff weren't!! Both employees gave me a dirty look. This is disgusting!!
