Ordered a triple bacon deluxe for dinner. Woke up with really bad food poising. This experience has left a sour feeling towards Wendy’s and will NEVER order food from here again. Don’t order from Scott street!

Once you know you need to order from Uber Eats and there is a limited menu, you can adjust your expectations. In this case, I appreciate the convenience of its location in the area and enjoy picking up a delicious order once in a while!

The girl who was working this evening wasted my time and I did not buy from them. I was trying to get the brewed lemonade which I explained from the get-go. They said I had to buy it from the Uber Eats app. After fighting to get the app open, I couldn't find the drink. I then asked them if they do the brewed lemonade and only then did she finally say no. To the owner, PLEASE FIRE THIS GIRL. She was working this evening (August 6th). Wasted my time when I was in a rush when she could have saved me a few minutes. She was also super rude about it. I will be following up with customer service.

Today i was there at Wendys,I was waiting out for 5 minutes in -40 and the staff did not open the window. So rude!

I went to pickup my online order 3:15pm Jan 4th and the man working wouldn't open the window to get my name, he just stared at me, so I tried to say my name loudly through the closed window, at which point he started pointing towards the wireless earbuds he was wearing as if he couldn't hear me because he was listening to something, so I got louder. He then became very rude and angry and threatened not to give me the food I've already paid for until I can provide some obscure order number instead of my name (which I have always used at pickup with no issues until now) I told him I was yelling because he had the window shut and his earphones in and it was clear he couldn't hear me the first couple times. He was very rude and unprofessional. As I open and taste my order it is clear he gave me the stalest and coldest fries possible. I am unsure if I will return.

Love Wendy's but this location is annoying, it's a ghost kitchen, u can't just order from the window, only Uber, while u pay almost double what u'd pay at another location, and ontop of that, all they have do drinks is cans, absolutely nothing worth ordering, if they had the options every single other Wendy's does I'd order more but this is more of a fake knock of Wendy's imo

Great food. Just have to know it's not an actual Wendy's with seating but a sort of ghost kitchen that's on delivery apps (can do pickup) and serving real Wendy's food.Should probably change how it is listed on Google Maps so that no one shows up not showing.
