Felt like they forgot about our order. When we asked about it, our 9 plates all arrived at the same time. Not ideal when you are having Dim Sum as some dish will get cold. Anyway the food was excellent. Our table was at the end of the windows, like the last one.

I don't usually leave a not so great sort of review, but I feel so disappointed and I think there are other nearby spots where you'll find something delish. We went on a Saturday night, and ordered braised duck with vegetables. It was served in a snotty sort of gloopy sort of gravy situation, and unfortunately, made the dish taste like a frozen meal.I suppose I had been thinking that a dish costing more than $35 at a restaurant which by all accounts, is the place to go. I don't think it's worth the hype. The meal was icky.

The service attitude of the waitstaff at this restaurant is particularly poor. Among them, there's a middle-aged woman wearing glasses who often serves in the corridor near the window. I've encountered her multiple times, and her attitude has always been very bad. Not only does she discriminate against customers who speak Mandarin, but she also forcibly charges tips (her service certainly does not deserve these tips). Her language is rude, her behavior is full of discriminatory actions, and she blames the customers for any mistakes in the order. I will write another email to this restaurant and report this employee's discriminatory behavior.
