Food is good, ordered a cheeseburger.BUTTT the service is extremely bad. I wanted to order my food and naturally, to call for the server for help, I raised my hand. (At this point, I had already waited for about 10-15minutes) However, instead of taking my order, a server just ridiculed me for raising my hand and instead of taking orders, he engaged in a small talk with the actual server tagged to my table, and joked about me raising my hand to call for them. They continued to engage in the small talk for 2minutes. INSTEAD OF TAKING OUR ORDER OF COURSE.Finally, when the server decides to take my order, she said “give me 2 seconds” and TOOK a full 2minutes instead.Once my meal arrived, they did not provide utensils and paper towels until we called for them….And they took 20-230 minutes to get the bill right....One of the worst services I had received in a restaurant/diner…

The food was really tasty, If you are vegan you should try 4 cheese poutine, fries and tater tots they are all the best.And along with them the chocolate milkshake , the best I have had till so far in canada.A must try place if you are in ottawa
