Great custom egg free cake!Such a great bakery! They were able to make a custom Black Forest cake for my father's 80th birthday that was egg free so my son could enjoy it as well. He gets excluded from dessert so often because of his allergy and this make him feel so included.The cake had a beautiful, moist consistency! You would not be able to tell that it didn't have eggs in it.It was for 13 people in total so I went with the half slab. Despite the cake having a great consistency, it was so big that it actually made my arms tired carrying out of the shop and to the venue! It was at a price point less than others as well for a custom cake.

April 10th purchased 7 cup cakes and a Portuguese tart for my granddaughter’s 4th birthday. The tart was ok, but the cup cakes weren’t as fresh as we would have liked them to be. They were decorated nicely but the icing seemed hard, and the cake part wasn’t as moist as we’ve had before from this store. We were in contact with the bakery and had explained our experience to the owner. They remediated our concerns and have noted our experience to ensure it does not occur again. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. Given that they are the new owners, lets give them our understanding and support to help them make our local bakery successful.

Very good donuts, but my husband who went for me (I was working) said the service was abrupt and unfriendly. That's unfortunate. This isn't something he typically complains about so the fact that he said anything at all is saying something.
If you are in Paris, you must stop by the Paris Bakery for a treat, or two, or four. The selection has something for everyone. Cinnamon buns from childhood, tarts, cookies or extreme donuts. Choose your guilty pleasure and see what else Paris has to offer. Enjoy!
