Pre-ordered food, which said it was in stock on the app. Drove to go get it when it was time to pick it up, and was told they ran out. Not only wasting gas to travel to the store, but also used a promo to get points for this order. Due to the refund, I was not able to collect the points and the promo was expended.Having known ahead of time the order could not be fulfilled, instead of it indicating it was ready to pick up would have helped greatly.
Elyse was so friendly and was able to make sure my hazelnut latte was exactly how I like it! The service here is always great - Baristas will literally walk around periodically and ask if you need anything
