Ordered online and couldn’t be more disappointed. Ordered 3 appetizers and a sandwiches. Picked up our order and quickly checked the bag before leaving the parking lot and the sandwich wasn’t there. Went back in and waited for the sandwich with no apology. Once we got home and started getting things open we realized our bandera bread and cactus cuts didn’t have any dip. Didn’t even bother going back or calling at that point was already disappointed. Finally got to eating and the bandera bread and sandwiches bread couldn’t have been harder. Terrible experience.

My partner and I came in to celebrate my birthday and got pretty much the cold shoulder from everyone except who I'm assuming is the manager. Our server Amber W had us waiting about 15 minutes before the manager came over to take our drink order for her. 2 Pepsis, super simple. She came back with them and hurried us to make our decision instead of just ordering a starter first like we had asked. We got our starter and had requested a refill. I'm guessing you're only allowed 1 refill (even tho the menu says "nonstop" pop) because when she came to clear some of the dishes she completely ignored both of our empty cups. We had to wave the manager down to get a to-go box and the check. It was the most unwelcoming environment I've ever experienced. Not once did she even check in to see how our meal was. It was pretty much the manager running around the restaurant so kudos to her. After this experience though I don't think I'll be coming back.

Daughter went to Book a booth in the Bar for my Bday dinner as she doesn't live in town (so came to town) and wanted to treat me. I need a Booth for medical reasons THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO TELL THEM at any point.She was told by the owner she couldn't book a booth for 3 people minimum is 4 people in a booth. A table is only option in Bar. NOT AN OPTION FOR ME!!KELSEYS IT IS!!Never gonna attempt to eat at either BP local locations again!!!!
Very good service. Super welcoming. Very quick and the food met expectations. We had a pleasant evening.Dietary restrictions: I have two children with peanut allergies. I didn't have a problem at Boston Pizza. I warn all the time when we order.

Came in without a reservation and was seen to immediately. My go to spot was booked so I tried Boston pizza and I can confidently say this is now my go to spot. The pizza and wings were the best I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend to all.
