Visited the location on Parkhill. Ordered it well done and thin crust. Received neither of those and the mushrooms tasted rotten. Avoid and hit up the George St location.

I love 241 but this is the worst location I have ever been too. The pizza quality is nowhere near what 241 is supposed to be.

No bacon on pizza ordered that was supposed to have it. Double checked order and confirmed it was supposed to have bacon. Store would not offer a small credit. Told to send back 3/4 pizza for new one. Already waited 45 minutes to get pizza can't wait another hour for a new one. We have kids that are hungry. So this is not realistic. Maybe in the future offer the credit and refund some money as I paid 2 dollars more to have the bacon added. Will not order from here again.

Total scam. Came here with my kids and ordered 3 slice of pepperoni combo with a pop which was advertised for $5.50 . I asked for the receipt the lady said she couldn't print it out. Then I asked her how she came up with the price of 20.04. Then she showed me she charge me three pizza and three pop individually. So I said the combo there advertise for 5.50 for pizza and a pop . Then she refused to give me my food and I asked her to return my money. We bring all these students over to Canada but they can't even treat us Canadians properly. I will not recommend this pizza joint to others. Shame to be a franchise of 241 .Thanks to this trash employee my kids are left without pizza from 241If your the owner your more then welcome to reach out to me. Your buisiness is Bradley Handled by your female employee that was on her personal phone call as I walked in. She said there for a good min before even taking my order.Today is Aug 6,2023 . Ordered double sausage and it was so sparce, ordered bbq chicken pizza as well with bbq sauce base and it came with pizza sauce base and no bbq sauce at all. Customer service representative was a joke, she said it was made with pizza sauce base since that's how they do it with a barbecue drizzle on top which was not there or how I ordered it specifically.. They said I could drive it back... But we live 15 minutes away so that's great and not happening with three kids. We just ate pizza that was not what we wanted or what the kids enjoyed.. Will Order domino's next time.... It's cheaper and they are way more generous with toppings and customer service is better.
