Why would you say it’s 24hrs if there is no service available at 4 in the morning. And I saw many bad reviews about this place but no comments from BK team. Who is gonna take any kind of accountability for this?

We visited this establishment, we liked everything, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, it is clean and tasty. Of the minuses, there was no ice, the drinks were at room temperature. But the burgers and poutine were top notch!

The ice machine has been broken for at least a week. Pop is warm and flat. They are not fixing it and still charging full price. You find out as you pay. The fries are a tiny portion and not full. It was like half an order. Service is friendly and prompt. The staff must be dealing with a lot of frustration. I'd have to hear something very encouraging in terms of feedback from management before I would go back.

This location seems to be going down hill. Floors and tables were dirty. The ladies bathroom had no water to wash your hands. The burgers were too well done. The manager seemed angry and yelling at the staff. The girl at the counter was nice and polite. But overall a very cold feeling being in there. Will likely choose somewhere else next time

Food- $34 for 1 combo and 2 burgers, with a smaller drink and practically no fries! I get inflation, but BK really? Angry burger was goodService- didn’t get any napkins or offer any condiments. I get time is key with drive thru’s, but come on for $34 I could get some napkins to go with my 3 burgers. Also where is my receipt? Would have love to see the breakdown of my $34Atmosphere- the BK sign outside it off, almost missed this place all together. Might have been better considering…

It was okay. However, I don't know what Burger King has come to now concerning price. I stopped by yesterday for a quick snack before heading out for the night, and it was $13.00 for a Whopper Jr. Combo!? Seriously?! I do not want to sound cheap, but compared to its competition and for portions, that is ridiculous. I could have gone to McDonald's or A&W and saved $5.00 and had more food. It was somewhat disappointing. The staff was great, and the service was excellent, though!

Today i visit to burger king. I ordered crispy chicken but the patty is very cold and i visit to the manager Mehak and she talked with me very rudely and loudly. The staff has no sense how to deal and talk with customer. Really very disappointed.
Really dated interior, the restaurant is not well kept, and the staff are fine but seem very disorganized.

The absolute WORST Poutine I have ever tasted.And when I took it back untouched and told them I didn't like it and wanted a regular fries. They remade it and gave me the same garbage as the first serving.It was nasty.
