*Date Visited: April 27, 2024, around 11 AM*Today, I had a rather disconcerting experience at Coffee Time that I feel needs to be shared. As I was placing my order, I noticed something quite odd. Four to five employees gathered next to the cashier, staring directly at me and exchanging smiles amongst themselves for no discernible reason. Feeling quite uncomfortable, I inquired about what was so amusing, but none of them offered any explanation or apology. Instead, they simply returned to their stations. Without a response and feeling unwelcome, I decided to leave the cafe. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unsettling, creating an unfriendly and confusing atmosphere for customers. I hope that this feedback is taken seriously and that future patrons do not have to experience similar discomfort.

One of my favourite stops between Ottawa and Toronto. This is the only place where I can find corn muffins. I have not yet found them in Ottawa. They also serve other bakery products, soft drinks, coffee and sandwiches.

Donuts are made fresh daily and are way better than the other "more popular" coffee chain. No drive thru and it's a bit dated inside but the employees work hard and are friendly.

This will always be my family's favorite coffee place, not for the coffee specifically (although it IS good). Back in November 2023, our car broke down in the middle of the highway, we got treated so badly by some passerbyers for something that wasn't even in our control. We called our tow truck provider and waited for their arrival back at this café, from which we were greeted by the employees and later the owner. They could tell we had just been through a rough time and came over to us to ask if we were alright, they also offered us each a free drink because of what we were going through and how visibly cold and tired we were. The owner came over to us and talked to us as well as we waited for the tow to arrive. Such kindness and compassion from this place that we'll never forget. Thank you to everyone who helped us through a very frustrating and frightening experience. We'll never forget your kindness. Thank you endlessly.
