I went to get the uber order, after giving me the order girl asked me to show my phone screen if I have confirmed the pick up or not which is against the privacy (obviously I confirmed that on the spot) and when I did not show my phone they gave me bad rating as I was not professional. Seriously? You guys are behaving like a child that delivery guys are going to steal that food. We are from good family so stop spreading the hatred for immigrants and being racist.

I was there yesterday late afternoon and was waiting to order my food and the older lady was not very helpful finally I ordered again she was not very polite. I waited for about 20 minutes and I went to ask her and I said I was just wondering how my order was coming along and she said soon with a snotty voice. I just about walked out after that but my family was hungry. Let me tell you I will not come back to that store again and that employee should not represent your company.we all have off days but not be rude to your customers

Lots of parking. Very pleasant staff. Washrooms are clean, and lots of paper available. Tables all clean, not sticky like so many places. Food ... hot was hot and cold was cold. We'll be back.

You see, like many folks, I was taking lunch to a loved one, just tenders and gravy, but hey... The young fellow behind the black facemask and dark hair was great. I took my package and everything was accurate as well. Thanks for a simple, yet satisfying visit.

We went to dq as a treat after a Dr's appt. My son is quite picky but loved the hamburger and sundae. I had the mushroom cheeseburger and onion rings. It was good.Kid-friendliness: My son loved it.

Apparently you can no longer add additional toppings to any royal blizzards.. disappointed especially since I came when it was bogo.. I'm fine with paying the insane price of 15$ or whatever my usual large royal oreo with peanut butter cups

I swear to god every time I come inside to order, the staff working look like that hate their life and do not want to be there at all. It's like a zombie apocalypse, all straight faces, not much to say, really strange. Also the pop machine in the dinning room is out of ice more times than not when i've visited. I'm a Guest Experience manager at a fast food restaurant and I understand that none of you are having the best day of your life at work but it's your job to provide a good experience to your guests and at least be tolerable to be around
