great service and food, however it’s strange to me that some people feel comfortable changing their babies poopy diaper, right on the booth in the open where people are trying to eat. actually very disgusting, and calls for a major lack of appetite and appreciation for the environment of the store. there’s bathrooms, and baby change tables for a reason. use them.

I ordered 2 crispy chicken ranch wraps for 6 dollars however should've been considered 1 wrap for 6 dollars plus tax. They were micro pockets of chicken, lettuce and cheese with a splash of sauce. In all reality there was more cheese than chicken, was almost popcorn like. The wrap was also cold because of the amount of cheese and lettuce added to it. I love the chicken however very disappointed with the quality and presentation of it all. When 4 other people have chicken as well and 3 out of the 4 meals are cold, you can tell when bottom basket chicken is being finished from a half hour ago.

Customer service wasn't great. The person taking our order at the drive thru barely acknowledge us or anything we said, they were completely silent, we sat there in silence waiting for them to say something until we said we were done and they just said to pull up. Never gave us a total at the speaker or the window then tried to charge us twice. Was a bit of a wait but not too bad. But my banana split was thrown together and didn't have the strawberry or pineapple syrup... basically just ice cream and two bananas, with a little bit of hot fudge, and they gave us the wrong blizzard. Dissapointed.

The guy at the drive thru window tonight with the beard has the worst customer service and attitude. Also made my blizzard awful. Was pretty much just plain ice cream. I was excited about the red velvet. Very disappointing for how expensive it is.

We went through the drive thru to get two blizzards. One small Oreo with extra Oreo and another small cookie dough blizzard.We waited 10 minutes from the time we ordered to get to the window. By that time our blizzards were melted and running down the side of the cup. When we asked for new ones the worker whipped the blizzards into the garbage.When we got our new blizzards they were made without extra Oreo despite paying for extra.The customer service and quality of food at this location continues to disappoint and is incredibly inconsistent.

Honestly, the worst blizzard experience, neither my husband or my blizzard were flipped (because they were super runny) when asking the employee why they didn't flip them or even one (because to my understanding if the first one isn't flipped you get a free one) she said you only get it free if it falls out when flipped and I replied with but it wasn't even flipped, she wasn't very helpful. And our chocolate oreo fudge blizzards weren't very chocolatey. Sucks that we paid $10 for two soupy blizzards and some sass.

Idk if things are slower paced in Peterborough or not but it took so freaking long for anyone to acknowledge me and take my order. They served the couple in front of me and disappeared for a few minutes. All the other employees acted like they didn't see me.The churro dip was so thin I barely tasted the cinnamon flavour. I DO NOT recommend this at all. I also got a mocha shake that tasted nothing like white mocha. My least favourite DQ experience to date.
