Went to Erben for the first time for a show. Really cool venue and location. The draft taps were all empty (apparently to be cleaned) and the menu was limited as they did not have an order come in. Venue = good. Organization = could be better.

Even though the actual site was really nice and the music was great, my group went for a night out dancing and when we asked for tap water we were told they don’t do that and that it HAD to be $2 for a water bottle.

Me and my friends went here and we were completely ignored. We weren't sure how the restaurant worked, we weren't greeted by anyone and the atmosphere was in general very unwelcoming. We sat for half an hour in an empty restaurant before receiving acknowledgment. The food was actually really good and affordable but the service is the reason we won't be back.
