Disappointed, got 2 brown sugar lattes and the bag that they put it in broke and the cups fell and broke. Waste of 15$ didn't even get a single sip.

Really bad customer service. The guy with the cap treats Indians like trash!! A humble request to the owners, teach him some costumer service skills irrespective of the race of the costumers as I think they provide you the business!!!!! Hope you understand! And I think wearing AirPods during working hours is kinda not allowed!

Plastic cup literally exploded on me when I tried to stab the straw in (because the point on the new paper straws are useless) had the smoothie all over my pants and shoes. If you need to stab in the straw you should make the cups be able to withstand the pressure. Didn’t even get to have a drink of it. Super disappointing experience for how much the drink cost.

The mango at this location is fermented and I asked the woman to remake it and she walks into the back and strains out the fermented mango and fruits and puts it back into my new drink. Disgusting.

Worker refused to take an order 5 minutes before the store closed. You should change your hours operation to "close at 5:55pm". Saying you close at 6pm is a lie. You lost two easy sales.
The menu and ordering process always feels like a shot in the dark- unless you’ve gotten it before you don’t really know what you’ve ordered until you get it. Staff aren’t overly friendly or helpful, they seem to want to just do the bare minimum- take order, make order. Drinks are typically quite tasty and you can taste the freshness.Vegetarian options: veggie friendly

I make a beeline for this place everytime I go to the mall it's the best part of my shopping experience. The service is nice, straight to the point and fast. I've gotten their slush and tea options and I'm never disappointed in the flavour, always sooo refreshing! I would reccomend this place
